Stephanie is a certified member of Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and is the current President of Oklahoma Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, is the past president of Frontier Country Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and a member of Oklahoma Association of the Deaf.
Stephanie was honored as the 2002 recipient of OSU-OKC’s, Alumni Hall of Fame “Sweet Success” award. She is the founder of Oklahoma-Interpreters “O-Terps”, and is the founder of two other national list serves, “ADA-Deaf”, and “USterps”
